A system and a method for retesting an LCD panel are provided to synthesize a coordinate value of a defect cell detected during a first test with information generated by visualizing the coordinate value, thereby quickly and exactly confirming a location of the defect cell even by viewing the LCD panel. A storage unit(1) stores a test screen and information about faults shown as a test result of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel. A visualizing unit(2) visualizes the stored fault test information. A synthesizing unit(3) synthesizes the stored fault test information(B) with the visualized information. A transmitting unit(4) transmits the synthesized information to a test board. A display unit(5) directly displays the transmitted information on an LCD panel. |
