Herbicidal compositions, comprising: (A) the herbicide pyrasulfotole of the formula: (see above formula) or an agriculturally customary salt thereof; and (B) the herbicide iodosulfuron-methyl-sodium or mesosulfuron-methyl, wherein the components (A) and (B) are in a weight ratio of from 1:200 to 200:1; and (C) optionally at least one safener selected from the group consisting of mefenpyr-diethyl, cloquintocet-mexyl and isoxadifenethyl, wherein the components (A), (B) and (C) are in a weight ratio of x:y:z, wherein x, y and z in each case independently of one another assume values of from 1 to 200, are described as herbicides effective against monocotyledonous and/or dicotyledonous harmful plants. Compared to the herbicides applied individually, these compositions have superior activity, and at the same time they are highly compatible with crop plants. |
