The present invention relates to a computer system for processing customi zed medical records comprising dedicated equipment for the acquisition of sp ecialized information, as well as, for each healthcare facility, of aggregat ion equipment for the centralization of the information in view of deliverin g a customized medical record formed from information coming from said dedic ated equipment, and for the distribution of the customized medical records t o various operators acting on behalf of at least one healthcare network, cha racterized in that it comprises an interoperability platform having computer connectors configured for the exchanges between said interoperability platf orm and each of the aggregation equipment of said healthcare facilities, and computer connectors configured for the exchanges between said interoperabil ity platform and each of said operators, wherein said platform comprises mea ns for conditional routing to one of said operators depending on the informa tion registered in relation to the digital file corresponding to the customi zed medical record and means for transcoding said file according to the nomi nal format of said target operator.
