PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-preventing film and an anticorrosion coating, by utilizing the insulation property of hollow particles having a cubic form and consisting of silica shells having 10 to 300 nm range outer diameter, without having a fear of the permeation of water, since the particles have closed cells, so as to obtain an excellent anticorrosion property even by making the thickness of coated film as thin as≤20μm. SOLUTION: This test piece 1 attached with the anticorrosion film is provided by removing oxide film on the surface of a piece of aluminum plate 2 having 150 mm length, 70 mm width and 5 mm thickness by sand blasting, then spray coating the anticorrosion coating obtained by uniformly dispersing the cubic form hollow particles 4 consisting of the silica shell having 80 nm mean particle diameter and having 50 to 100 nm range outer diameter and zinc powder particles 5 in an isocyanate/acrylic-based coating, baking and drying for uniformly dispersing the hollow particles 4 and zinc powder particles 5 in the coated film 6 to form the corrosion-preventing film 3. The relative dielectric constant of the corrosion-preventing film 3 is 2.5 which is sufficiently small, and by performing the CASS test, no abnormality is observed on the test piece 1 attached with the corrosion-preventing film after passing 240 hr.
