PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air outlet valve device capable of preventing water from intruding into the inside of a vehicle even when water pressure and wind pressure are applied to the vehicle while washing the vehicle and exhausting the air in the vehicle outside the vehicle. SOLUTION: This air outlet valve device 5 attached to an opening part 4 formed in a body 1 of the automobile by connecting its inside with its outside to allow only the air to flow from its inside to its outside is provided with a duct 8 extended from the opening part 4 into the inside of the automobile, a plurality of baffle plates 14 which are made of a flexible material and are formed like plates, whose upper parts 14a are fixed to the inside of the duct 8, and whose lower parts 14b are free, and a plurality of stopper parts 16 on which side face 14c on an interior side of the lower part 14b of each baffle plate 14 is abutted to support each baffle plate 14 obliquely, prevent each baffle plate 14 from being opened inside the automobile, and allow each baffle plate 14 to be opened only outside the vehicle. Each of bulkheads 20 extended outside the vehicle to cover a terminal 14d of the lower part 14b of each baffle plate 14 from below is arranged in the vicinity of each stopper part 16.
