PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film excellent in tear strength, transparency and moisture permeability, which is used suitably as films for construction and agriculture. SOLUTION: The laminated film comprises a flat yarn raw constructed by setting many flat yarns in parallel at a small interval and a flat yarn raw constructed by setting many flat yarn in parallel at a small interval, which crosses the former raw, and the crossing parts in the above are integrated with each other to form many penetrating holes, whereby a reticulate film is produced, so that the reticulate films overlie one or both surfaces of a moisture permeable thermoplastic polyurethane resin film to integrate.
