Armature of electricmotor (2) under the influence of stirring excitation (3) which is supplied over a control circuit and reverse spring (6), oscilates between the positions ''A'' and ''B''. On the armature (2) firmly fixed are a pusher (4) and a steel elastic plate (4a). When moving from the position ''A'' into position ''B'', the armature (2) draws the pusher (4) and the steel plate (4a) which by its free ending presses in the rubber coating (5a), of the rotor (5) and starts the rotor (5). By the certain angle 18-22 degrees, one step. The incident angleαbetween the elastic steel plate and tangenta onto the contact point ''D'' of the plate and rotor is 30+/- 5%. Depth of the steel plate in the coating of the frame (5a) is about 0.25-0.45 mm. As the nominal number of revolutions of this electromotor 400-600 r.p.m. there is no need to reduce the number of revolutions of this electric motor, there is no collectors while the problems with regard to commutation exist no more. Rotor of the above mentioned motor is set directly onto the locomotive driving axle. Final universal electromotor besides its application with miniature railroads has a various application even with numerous electromechanical devices where the nominal numbers of revolutions are within the scope of about 400-600 r.p.m, and where there is a need with regard to the increased starting and nominal torque.
