The housing has a viewing panel made of transparent material overlying on an inner side of a housing cover on an edge of a recess. A threaded pipe has an outer thread corresponding to an inner thread of the housing cover. A viewing panel insert (23) is made of transparent plastic in an injection molding process. The viewing panel insert has an elevation in a region of the recess of a cup-shaped floor space (8) such that an upper edge (25) of the elevation closes the edge of the recess on an outer side of the housing cover in a concise manner.
