<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory system increasing access speed and enhancing reliability, and to provide an information processor thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The cache system of a cache memory 20 in the memory system 10 is changed-over between a write-through system (a write-through cache area WT) and a write-back system (a write-back cache area WB) depending on the areas. When detecting the drop of a power source voltage to be inputted to the power source part 15 of the information processor 11, control is performed, to write back data of the area, assigned to the write-back system, to a nonvolatile memory 19 before the system in operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
