<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a material for freely holding the violin or viola by fully improving the conventional holding method as excessively restricting player's body when playing the violin or viola. <P>SOLUTION: A player hooks a hanging attachment 10 wearing around his neck to a violin hanging attachment hole 3 or 4 right before performance. The player holds the lower part of the violin or viola under left collarbone with only one action and can decide and fix the right-and-left inclination of the violin according to player's preference. This material reduces complicated cords and wires restricting player's body in conventional art so as to constrain player's body as little as possible by being hooked with only a single cord and comprised of components without metal.
