OPTICAL SENSOR, AND MEASUREMENT SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sensor which allows a measurement object to be less prone to be affected by heat generation.

SOLUTION: A main body 13 includes a recessed inner surface where at least a part of the surface is made to be a reflective surface. A light emitting section 11 is arranged on the inner surface of the main body 13. A light passage 14 is the passage for transmitting the light emitted from the light emitting section 11 to an external part. A light receiving part 12 receives the light which is emitted from the light emitting section 11 and passes through the external part. The light emitting section 11 is arranged apart from the measurement object at the inner surface side of the main body 13, thereby suppressing the affection by heat generation on the measurement object. Besides, the reflecting section 17 may be arranged at a position opposing to the light emitting section 11.
