PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an exhaust air amount by increasing an opening angle of a shutter. SOLUTION: Each of left and right tabular shutters 7, 8 in the shutter 6 of a butterfly type is segmented into inner sides 7a, 8b, and outer sides 7b, 8b from a center part. Portions of the inner sides 7a, 8a, and the outer sides 7b, 8b are connected by hinges 9, 9 to expand and contract, and they are constantly energized to extend by a spring 10 having suitable elastic force.
