PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosis method for an air-conditioning system suiting remote diagnosis of an air-conditioning system with a substantially constant annual air-conditioning load, and plural air conditioners installed in one room (air-conditioning zone). SOLUTION: After data accumulation of a predetermined time, a mean load rate of each air conditioner during that time is calculated (step S105). A population meanμand a population standardσare calculated by treating that a data group with the mean load rate of each air conditioner as a population conforms to a normal distribution (step S105). It is determined whether or not the mean load rate in regard to each air conditioner is in a predetermined confidence interval (μ±σ/√n) (step S105). When every air conditioner is within the confidence interval, it is determined that the load assignment is normal (YES in the step S105).
