PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncombustible radio wave absorbing board which is excellent in terms of capability to absorb a radio wave near the frequency of 5.8 GHz band, which is suitable for the ceiling member, the side surface wall, and the like of a toll gate using an ETC system and a DSRC system, for example, the weight of which is light, and which is excellent in terms of workability and transportability. SOLUTION: A noncombustible radio wave absorbing board 1 comprises an electric resistance layer 11, a silicic acid calcium board 10, and a radio wave reflector 12 provided sequentially from a side from which a radio wave enters.
