PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device that can be manufactured at low cost and that has faults from occurring less aptly. SOLUTION: A tip section 4c is directed in the direction of the outside of a case 2; a fork section 4a is directed toward the inside of the case 2 for arrangement, and the fork section 4a of a rubber elastic body 4 where branch sections 4b, 4b are extended to form a Y shape from the fork section 4a is locked to a printed circuit board 1; conductor plates 4f, 4f are attached to an inner surface to which the branch sections 4b, 4b face; contact patterns 1a, 1a are provided to the printed circuit board 1; and the tip section 4c, projecting from an insertion hole 2a of the case 2 of the elastic body 4, is pressed against the elastic force of the elastic body of the tip 4c, thus deforming the branch sections 4b, 4b in the rubber elastic body 4 in a closing direction, and allowing the conductor plates 4f, 4f to make the contact patterns 1a, 1a of the printed circuit board 1 conduct.
