PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely perform an operation even if voltage becoming a reference voltage for boosting becomes low in a charge pump-type DC/DC converter. SOLUTION: The DC/DC converter is provided with a PMOS transistor Q29 for shorting an output terminal CP20 of a charge pump 20 in an initial stage with a voltage V10 becoming a reference voltage for boosting to remove influence by a parasitic diode of a PMOS transistor in the charge pump 20 in the initial stage in a rise period. The PMOS transistor Q29 is controlled by output voltage V40 of a charge pump 40 and short-circuit is released with a rise of output voltage V40 of the charge pump 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
