PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film feeding apparatus which can shorten a period of time required for the positioning in a film joining processing, and to provide a packaging apparatus equipped with the film feeding apparatus. SOLUTION: A combined metering system 1 performs the positioning for the film F of a film roll FR2 for spare based on the sensing results of at least two register mark sensors 21a and 21b which are arranged by a different interval from the interval for register marks M which are printed on the film F.
