The invention relates to pumping engineering and can be used for the gas and oil production industry for developing drilled wells or during the reparation thereof. The inventive well jet device comprises a body (5) provided with a working medium flow switch arranged therein. Said flow switch is embodied in a form of a spring-loaded steady bush (14) provided with bypass holes (15, 16) and a support seat for mounting a sealing unit (18) which is formed by a stepped piston (22) and a body (19) or changeable operational inserts, and a return valve (13) is arranged in the channel (10) for draining a pumped out medium. The inventive position of the working medium flow switch increases the operational reliability and performance of the device during the treatment of a production formation, prevents the active working medium from spontaneous overflowing when a jet pump stops to operate and to maintain depression applied on the formation when the jet pump does not operate.
