A bioceramic coating composition for a water tank is provided to improve weather resistance, to prevent yellowing and discoloration and to increase the lifetime of coating. A bioceramic coating composition for a water tank comprises 50-60 wt% of an acrylic copolymer; 10-20 wt% of a urethane polymer; 5-15 wt% of a ceramic powder; and 0.005-0.015 wt% of an antibacterial agent. Preferably the acrylic copolymer is prepared by polymerizing methyl methacrylate, hydroxymethyl acrylate, methyl acrylate and n-butyl acrylate with a polymerization initiator, and contains 50-100 ppm of the unreacted monomer. |
