摘要 An electrical connecting apparatus is provided to enhance reliability in an electrical test process by connecting electrically a probe tip with a corresponding electrode irrespective of non-uniformity of a thickness dimension of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board). A reinforcing plate is attached to one side of a PCB(18). Plural first electrical connecting units(28) are formed on the other side of the printed circuit board. A probe substrate(22) includes second electrical connecting units(34) corresponding to the first electrical connecting units and a plurality of probes(36) connected electrically to the second electrical connecting units. An elastic connector(24) is arranged between the PCB and the probe substrate and includes pairs of both contacts for contacting the first and second electrical connecting units. The elastic connector receives biasing force toward separating directions of both contacts of each pair. A screw member(50) is used for coupling integrally the reinforcing plate, the PCB, the elastic connector, and the probe board with each other. A spacer member(54) is used for maintaining probe tips on a virtual plane by tightening the screw member. A spacer plate(48) is inserted between the reinforcing plate and the PCB.
