A hair treatment composition is provided to minimize damage of hair and skin trouble on scalp by comprising an ink extract of cephalopoda. A hair treatment composition comprises: a solvent; a surfactant which is either cetrimonium chloride and behentrimonium chloride or cocoamide MEA and lauramide DEA; an antiseptic; disodium EDTA as a metal ion blocking agent; a perfume; and 1.0-5.0 wt.% of an ink extract of cephalopoda. The composition further comprises a thickening agent, a hair nutrient such as pro-vitamin B5, a hair touch improving agent such as silicone oil, and a hair absorbent such as a cationic silicone.
