A packing structure for a pent roof apparatus is provided to absorb shock and noise created between an intermediate cover and an upper cover by attaching a main protrusion and sub protrusions to a cover member. In a pent roof apparatus including a cover member(70), a packing structure(90), and a fastening bolt, the packing structure of a pent roof apparatus comprises a horizontal board(91), a joint projection(92), a long main protrusion(93), and a plurality of short sub protrusions(94). The cover member holds frames of two adjacent panel assemblies and has coupling grooves(71) at two ends. The packing structure is fit to the coupling groove of the cover member, and seals the space between the cover member and the frames. The fastening bolt secures the cover member to a beam. The joint projection of the packing structure is attached on the horizontal board and inserted into the coupling groove of the cover member. The main protrusion is downwards attached to one end of the horizontal board. The sub protrusions are attached to the bottom of the horizontal board next to the main protrusion. The main protrusion and the sub protrusions contact with an upper frame(110) closely to prevent rainwater from entering the pent roof apparatus.
