An apparatus for removing moisture the moisture contained in the remaining reformation gas passed through a fuel fell stack is provided to allow the temperature of the reactor of a fuel treating device to be controlled more easily and to reduce energy. An apparatus(160) for removing the moisture of a fuel cell system comprises a main body which is provided with a reformation gas inlet for the inflow of the remaining reformation gas from a fuel cell stack and a reformation gas outlet for the discharge of the remaining reformation gas to the burner of a fuel treating device and has an inner space of a certain volume; a separator(164) which is installed inside the main body to divide it into upper and lower parts and has at least one hole for the communication of the upper and lower inner spaces; and a filler(165) which is placed on the upper part of the separator and is in contact with the remaining reformation gas so as to allow the moisture separated from the remaining reformation gas to be formed on the surface.
