A rotary outlet is provided to enable a user to control the outlet with a desired angle and direction by using a rotation type hole of a rotary type. By applying a rotary type capable of free rotation to an existing outlet hole, a user manually control the outlet at a desired angle through an internal and mechanical device. In the internal and mechanical device, rotation of 360 degrees is possible and rated allowable currents can safely flow. By using a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and a spring used in an electronic field, the rotation of 360 degrees can be possible and the rated allowable current can safely flow.
