A structure of a combined ventilation duct of an upward intake/exhaust type for an apartment house is provided to saving manpower and construction cost by installing intake/exhaust duct units for each floor finally in a simple and fast way. A structure of a combined ventilation duct of an upward intake/exhaust type for an apartment house includes a finishing inner exhaust duct unit(220) connected by a V-band(300) of a fixing type inner exhaust duct unit(210), and a finishing outer intake duct having a controllable length, which includes an upper duct body(120a) and a lower duct body(120b) fitted into the upper duct body. The upper duct body has a flange(121a) with a screw hole(122a), which surface-contacts a lower flange(112) of a fixing intake duct unit(110) fixed to a shaft of an upper slab. The lower duct body has a flange(121b) with a screw hole(122b), which surface-contacts an upper flange(111) of the fixing type air supply duct unit moving upward.
