The device has base and shaft units so that the base has hemispherical configuration and the end of the shaft coupled to the base has complementary configuration. The link enables the shaft to form an angle between 0-25 [deg] with the base. The case is connected to the implant with a screw. The base and shaft forms single piece with desired angulation so that prosthesis occupies correct position.
