The propeller has a circular stator comprising circular rings of permanent magnets (8) placed side by side on tracks providing magnetic repulsion on rotational masses (5). An electric motor (1) is fixed at the stator to rotate a rotor. A revolving collector (7) supplies electrical energy to the motor. The rotor rotates the masses to exert magnetic repulsion force, and rotates the plates (2) on which supports (3) of arms (4) for holding the masses, are fixed. An independent claim is also included for a transporting or handling method using magneto-kinetic for facilitating or permitting the displacement of objects, vehicles or persons.
