A medical torque wrench is provided to facilitate spine correction by inserting a screw spike in a state of properly controlling a pressure according to damaged regions of a spine. A medical torque wrench includes a body(2), a pressure control unit(4), a shaft(10), a joint block(5), a sleeve unit(6), and a knob(9). The body is rotated together with the shaft or separately rotated according to a tightening pressure. The pressure control unit interferes with the rotation of the shaft by previously setting the tightening pressure by being installed inside the body. The shaft is engaged with the pressure control unit as an upper end thereof is inserted inside the pressure control unit through a lower part of the body. The joint block is coupled with the lower part of the body to prevent the shaft from being separated from the body by being inserted into the shaft. The sleeve unit lifts on the shaft by being inserted into an outer circumferential surface of the shaft. The knob is coupled with a left and a right of the body.
