<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of power supply to a heating element for melting snow while surely melting the snow stuck to the lens of a lamp. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle lighting fixture comprises the heating element 61 provided on the lens disposed on the front surface of a lamp body for transmitting light emitted from a light source and heated by being energized, and a controller 8 provided with a heater control circuit 82 for controlling power to be supplied to the heating element. The heater control circuit 82 is provided with a power supply time setting means ATM for setting the time to supply power to the heating element and a stop time setting means STM on the basis of an outdoor temperature when a power supply start condition is satisfied. When the outdoor temperature is low and it is difficult to melt the snow, the power supply time is prolonged to surely melt the snow and stop time is shortened to prevent the snow from sticking again.
