<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow-rate valve enabling to set a selective flow rate of flowing fluid while making a flow rate always constant even when fluid pressure on the upstream side and the downstream side of the valve is changed, with a high flow rate of fluid in particular. <P>SOLUTION: The constant flow-rate valve comprises a body 1 having a valve seat 23 at the peripheral edge of a ceiling surface opening portion 22 provided in the ceiling surface of a cylinder portion, and a piston 34 having a valve element 36 and a collar portion 35 corresponding to the valve seat 23. The cylinder portion 24 is partitioned into a first valve chest 25 which is communicated with a first flow path 11 and a second valve chest 26 to which the valve seat 23 is exposed, with the collar portion 35. A clearance flow path 37 is formed in a clearance between the outer peripheral face of the collar portion and the inner peripheral face of the cylinder portion. A flow path area between the valve element 36 and the valve seat 23 is changed with the vertical movement of the piston 34 to control fluid pressure in the second valve chest 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
