PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of performing apparatus management by a mobile communication system when an apparatus manager can freely use a managed apparatus in a place other than a supposed place or when the apparatus manager frequently moves from using places. SOLUTION: A wireless communication management registration system is constituted of a plurality of wireless terminals 100, a plurality of managed apparatuses 110 to which the wireless terminals 100 are respectively connected, a plurality of wireless base stations 120, a wireless base station control apparatus 130, a database 140, a management apparatus 150, and so on. When a power supply switch of the managed apparatus 110 is turned on, a mobile communication system including the wireless terminals 100, the wireless base stations 120 and the wireless base station control apparatus 130 notifies the management apparatus 150 of the information of the managed apparatus 110 and registers the information in the database 140 or the management apparatus 150 notifies the managed apparatus 110 of regulation information to manage the managed apparatus 110.
