PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure to the mounting board of a flexible circuit substrate such that bent sides of the flexible circuit substrate are hardly broken, a circuit pattern that passes through the bent sides is hardly disconnected and the like. SOLUTION: The mounting structure to the mounting board of a flexible circuit substrate is configured by mounting the substrate 10 having overlapped sections 13 where the bending sides 15 are folded and are overlapped on the mounting plate 30. The bending sides 15 of the substrate 10 are disposed in the vicinity of an outer peripheral side of the mounting plate 30. A section of the outer peripheral side in the mounting plate 30 along the bending sides 15 is folded towards the side of the bending sides 15 to be a folded side protective wall 33.
