PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that accurate image blur correction can not be performed because an error is made in terms of the detected position of a correction lens if a supporting frame rotates centering around the correction lens when detecting positional information of the correction lens in a first direction by one position detector and detecting positional information of the correction lens in a second direction by one position detector. SOLUTION: The image blur correcting device 1 includes two first Hall elements 41A and 41B detecting the positional information of the correction lens 2 in the first direction X by the magnetic force of magnets 21A and 21B and outputting the detection signal, and two second Hall elements 42A and 42B detecting the positional information of the correction lens 2 in the second direction Y by the magnetic force of magnets 22A and 22B of an electric actuator and outputting the detection signal.
