<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volatile component-diffusing sheet hardly spoiling the taste and smell of food and enabling a number of the volatile components to be held, with which easy diffusion of the volatile components is controllable. <P>SOLUTION: The volatile component-diffusing sheet 10 is provided with two pieces of sheet bodies 1, 2 superimposed on each other and closed at part or the whole of their peripheral parts, an antibacterial agent layer 3 formed between the two pieces of sheet bodies 1, 2 through coating the sheet body 1 with an antibacterial agent containing volatile components derived from Japanese horseradish, and a diffusion part 5 formed as a cut on at least either of the two pieces of sheet bodies 1, 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
