PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the winding apparatus of the stator iron core formed by winding a coil to the stator iron core of internal tooth shape, the method of its use, and the rational method of manufacturing the stator. SOLUTION: The winding apparatus 100 of the stator iron core comprises a winding discharge device 200 delivering a winding, a movement mechanism 300 moving this device 200, a first to fourth arm 501 to 504 latching together a winding 6 positioned in an outer side from a location inserted in a first or a second slot 51 or 52 so as to pull and draw in this winding 6, a first to fourth arm movement mechanism 510 to 540 moving these arms, and a first to fourth arm refuge mechanism 610 to 640 reciprocation moving the first to fourth arm between a set position 611 to 641 and a refuge position 612 to 642.
