The telephone connection control server gives a user number to a telephone user who makes use of the server and regards the user number as a virtual telephone number, gives each telephone terminal device a telephone terminal number different from an actual telephone number, receives from a telephone user a present position number associated between a telephone terminal device number of a telephone terminal device of which the telephone user makes use and a virtual phone number corresponding a user number, registers the same in a rewritable state at a database, a caller and a receiver who make use of the telephone connection control server carry out transmission and reception by means of the virtual telephone number.
