PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition which is excellent in storage stability and gives a cured product excellent in water resistance and moisture resistance. SOLUTION: The room temperature-curable organopolysiloxane composition comprises (A) a diorganopolysiloxane having at least two Si-bonded hydroxy or hydrolyzable groups in the molecule and (B) a silyl ketene acetal compound represented by formula (1) (wherein Rs, R<SP>1</SP>s, and R<SP>2</SP>are each a substituted or unsubstituted 1-12C monovalent hydrocarbon group, provided that they may be the same or different from each other; n is an integer of 1-6; and a is an integer of 1-3), a condensate of a partial hydrolyzate thereof, or a mixture of them.
