PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant sheet having a reduced coefficient of variation of thickness, a high strength at break and a high elongation at break, and high solder heat resistance. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the heat-resistant sheet prepared by extruding a polymer solution of a polymer with a glass transition temperature of≥200°C, dissolved in a solvent, wherein the sheet is characterized by a coefficient of the variation of thickness of≤5%, and the invention relates to the method for producing the heat-resistant sheet characterized by introducing the polymer solution of the polymer having a glass transition temperature of≥200°C dissolved in a solvent, into an extruder provided with a screw and a T dice, molding, while heating under vacuum, to thereby remove a part or the whole of the solvent.
