[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The coating material comprises an oleophilic polyrotaxane which comprises cyclic molecules, a linear molecule which pierces the cyclic molecules to form a clathrate therewith, and blocking groups which are disposed at both ends of the linear molecule and prevent the cyclic molecules from being released, at least either of the linear molecule and the cyclic molecules having a hydrophobic modifying group. The curable solvent-based topcoating material is obtained by incorporating this coating material preferably in a proportion of 60-90 mass% based on the film-forming ingredients.
