PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which enables a net for preventing the scattering of dust in a factory to be stably put up even if a strong wind blows. SOLUTION: First engaging portions 22a at both the ends of a lifting wire rope 22 are connected to second engaging portions 3a in the intermediate height positions of the net, respectively, folded back via lower and upper wire guides 21b and 21a, and engaged with a leading hook 23b of a crane by a central engaging portion 22b of the rope via an intermediate-height wire guide 21c. The second engaging portion 3a is lifted up to the height of the wire guide 21c by a crane vehicle 23; a part H'/2, corresponding to the intermediate height, of a lower portion of the net is fixed to the pair of poles; and the engagement of the first engaging portion 22a of the lifting wire rope is released. Similar steps are repeated for the remaining part of the net according to need. Finally, the net corresponding to all the predetermined heights H', of the net, is put up between the pair of poles.
