PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the interference between an experiment nucleus transmitting/receiving signal and a locking nucleus transmitting/receiving signal without lowering the sensitivity of an NMR device, and to alleviate requirements concerning the temperature stability of a sample. SOLUTION: In the nuclear magnetic resonance device equipped with a magnet, a probe, an alternating current electric signal transmission system, a low-noise amplifier, one or more probe coils arranged in the probe, a tuning circuit connected to one of the probe coil(s), a transmission/reception switching circuit for connecting the tuning circuit and the alternating current electric signal transmission system and the low-noise amplifier, a detector connected to the low-noise amplifier, a locking coil arranged between the magnet and the probe, a locking power source for supplying current to the locking coil, and a locking controller for controlling the quantity of the current to be supplied by the locking power source, the low-noise amplifier and the tuning circuit and the transmission/reception switching circuit are made single, and a signal of a part frequency component of a signal detected from an atomic nucleus to be observed is input to the locking controller.
