<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processor for accurately determining whether the disturbance of moving image caused by poor reception or the like is viewed as disturbance for a viewer, and to provide a recorder and processing method. <P>SOLUTION: The processor has a determination part for determining that there is a disturbance about moving image information and a management part for recording the determination results about the moving image information in a storage area.
