<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of improving visibility of a sheet material delivered between a printing part and an image reading part. <P>SOLUTION: When the sheet material P is delivered onto a delivery tray 42, a coil spring 54 contracts due to its weight, the delivery tray 42 turns centered on a shaft part 56, and the inclination of the delivery tray 42 becomes gentle. That is, an angle of the delivery tray 42 is changed depending on the number of sheet materials P. Spring force of the coil spring 54 is set to tilt the delivery tray 42 in such a way that an end part of the uppermost sheet material P delivered onto the delivery tray 42 is positioned above a top face of a paper delivery part 52.
