PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual speed swash plate motor capable of reducing wear generated by a tilted piston and a cylinder hole for the tilted piston, improving durability, and extending lifetime. SOLUTION: This motor is provided with the tilted piston 17 capable of tiltedly rotating a swash plate 16 between two positions of a low speed position and a high speed position, and the cylinder hole 18 for the tilted piston provided on a main body case 11 and having the tilted piston 17 inserted therein. The motor is moreover provided with a cylindrical ring 19 formed in a cylindrical shape and inserted in and engaged with the cylinder hole 18 for the tilted piston 18. The cylindrical ring 19 and the tilted piston 17 are formed to keep hardness of the cylindrical ring 19 and hardness of the tilted piston 17 equivalent or in a small hardness difference, and the cylindrical ring 19 slidably retains the tilted piston 17.
