PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the axial force or torque of a fastening component at a mounting portion to a vehicle, and to improve the stiffness of the mounting portion. SOLUTION: The vehicular reinforcing member comprises a hollow material 2 formed to be hollow; the mounting portion which is a part of the hollow material 2 and pressed to be flat, and mounted to a vehicle by the fastening component; and a deformation suppressing portion 4 formed at a part where at least the mounting portion 3 of a reinforcing member 1 is formed, and functioning as a prop at press working to suppress deformation after the press working. The deformation suppressing portion 4 is preferably a rib formed in a bellow shape which is superimposed at press working.
