Grafted polymer (A), containing silicon compounds (I-IV), is new. Grafted polymer (A), containing silicon compound of formulae (I- IV), is new. R2>hydrocarbon or CH3 (preferred); R3>-L-G; L : divalent group comprising N; G : glycoside comprises a OH group; R1> = R2> or R3>; R : divalent group comprising O or preferably O; n, m : greater than or equal to 0; and k, I, o, p : 0 or greater than 0. Independent claims are also included for: (1) preparation of (I); and (2) a glycoside compound of formula (G2-N(COCH3)-CH2-CH=CH2) (where G2 is a glycoside bound to an atom N by a carbon atom, the groups -OH of the glycosides being at least partially protected by some acetyl groups of formula -COCH3).
