INSTALLATION STRUCTURE FOR DOOR GUARD BAR

A front hole (15) for inserting a guard bar is formed in an upper surface (13) of a trim pad (4), and an operation-lever receiving hole (17) is formed in a side surface (14) below the front hole (15). A base end of an operation lever (20) is inserted into the operation-lever receiving hole (17) from the inner side in the lateral direction of the vehicle and installed on a door inner panel (2). A cover (28) for a bezel (6) is placed on the inner side of the operation-lever receiving hole (17) and covers at least a part of the operation-lever receiving hole (17) with an operation section (22) of the operation lever (20) exposed to the inner side in the lateral direction of the vehicle. A front end (31) of the door guard bar (7) is inserted into the front hole (15) and fixed, on the outer side in the lateral direction of the vehicle, to the door inner panel (2). The cover (28) for the bezel (6) covers the inner side, in the lateral direction of the vehicle, of the front end (31) of the door guard bar (7).
