<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reserved lending and self-return system for articles with an RFID tag, in which the storage and lending of reserved articles and the self-return status of lent articles are accurately checked in real time, which can be used without errors, and which has excellent operation reliability and usability. <P>SOLUTION: A case of the body includes on a front surface: a display for showing usage, a processing process, and a result; a speaker; a receipt output device; an operational information input means, such as a keyboard; and a plurality of storage boxes having an external antenna and an internal antenna for transmitting and receiving information to and from the RFID tag of the article. The case of the body further includes thereinside: a reader for reading the information of the RFID tag through the external antenna and the internal antenna; and a controller for checking the conformity of the storage, lending, and return of the article by comparing the information from the reader and article management information on a database of the main computer of an article rental destination side, and operating the locking device for the storage box, the display, a speaker, and the receipt output device,. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
