<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment collection management system for use in payment collection agency business in which a headquarter stands in for collecting purchase payments by a participating enterprise when a member of a membership organization run by the headquarter has purchased articles from the participating enterprise which has made a contract previously with the headquarter. <P>SOLUTION: When a bill collector 4 depresses a prescribed output button of the carried portable terminal 20, a bill collection schedule output processor 15 firstly extracts members 2 included on a bill collection route taken charge by a collector 4 on the basis of storage content in a contract information database DB1. The processor 15 refers to credit schedule tables for all the relevant members 2 stored in a credit schedule database DB2, and extracts to be bill collection objects among credit schedule content on the day of a login date from each credit schedule table. By re-editing the extracted content in a prescribed format, the processor 15 generates a bill collection table with bill collection content which should be performed by the bill collector 4 on the day.
