PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof curtain easily changing a sound insulating member and surface materials respectively. SOLUTION: A pair of surface materials 11 disposed opposite to each other, and a sheet-like sound shielding member 12 for cutting off the propagation of the sound from the side of one surface material 11 to the side of the other surface material are detachably connected to one another with connecting members 13 provided between the respective surface materials 11 and the sound insulating member 12.
